Scott County Man Indicted For Murder Of His Wife

A Scott County Virginia man accused of murdering his wife then fleeing to neighboring Hawkins County, in Tennessee… before his recapture is indicted by a grand jury. 43 year old Jason Borders, is now charged with first degree murder, aggravated malicious wounding, strangulation and child endangerment. Border’s wife, Eva Borders was found dead in side their Weber City home. Borders was recently brought back to Scott County where he is being held in Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Duffield.
