U.S. Marshall’s, Local Authorities Capture Fugitive In Kingsport

A fugitive wanted out of Washington County, Virginia is captured in Kingsport Tuesday night. The suspect, Brian Heath Debusk was identified and located after receiving a tip. Sullivan County Sheriff’s Deputies, U.S. Marshall’s and the Kingsport Police Department all converged on Debusk in the parking lot of the Pavillion Shopping Center on Stone Drive around nine thirty last night. Debusk is wanted on a drug charge and felony eluding arrest. Debusk remains in custody.
