Tennessee Supreme Court Ruling Could Lead To Parole For Two Convicted Of Triple Murders

There’s a chance for parole eventually for two of six young people convicted in the infamous Lillelid triple homicide in Greene County in 1997. Six young people admitted they had no motive when the shot 34 year old Vidar Lillelid, his wife and their six year old daughter at a Greene County truck stop. A two year old son, was shot, but survived. Now the Tennessee Supreme Court says anyone covicted after July 1, 1995 would now become eligible for release after serving a maximum of 51 years in prison.
