Northeast Correctional Facility Returning to Normal Operations In Majority of Prison

The Northeast Tennessee Correctional Complex, which has been on lockdown since last week when four officers were assaulted responding to an incident, has most of its units returning to normal operations.

Facility spokesperson Robert Reburn says most of the prison spent the weekend on restricted movement status and returns to normal operations Monday, while the units where the incident occurred will remain on lockdown until further notice.
