Ambert Alert Issued For Chattanooga Toddler

A man is now on the TBI’s Most Wanted List after kidnapping a 23 month child from Chattanooga. Authorities are searching for 37 year old Matias Martinez. He’s accused of kidnapping 23 month old toddler, Octavia Shaw. The TBI says Martinez took off with the child following a traffic stop. Martinez is described as a white male with black hair, brown eyes and is five feet eleven inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. Octavia Shaw is described as a two feet tall weighing 30 pounds and was last seen wearing a light blue dress. The TBI is now offering a reward of 25 hundred dollars for information leading to an arrest of Martinez.
