Sidewalk And Stormwater Construction To Affect Traffic In Downtown Kingsport

A sidewalk and stormwater construction project will affect the flow of traffic beginning Monday in downtown Kingsport. Work at the intersections of Commerce Street and New Street as well as Market Street will be marked with construction zones and detour signs. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to use caution in the affected areas during this time.
