Carter County Authorities Searching For Missing 15 Year Old Boy With Auditory Hearing Problem

Carter County authorities are searching for a 15 year old boy who went missing from his home in the Milligan area on Wednesday. Jacob Clark is described as a white male with short blonde hair, about five feet two inches tall, possibly wearing a black hoodie. His parents say Jacob has an auditory hearing problem and if he is found to speak slowly and clearly to him. He was last seen on video footage around eight thirty Wednesday night at the Elizabethton Walmart. We have a photo of Jacob on our Supertalk webpage.
