Christian Care Center of Bristol reports seventh COVID-19 death in resident, no active cases among staff or residents

Christian Care Center of Bristol is reporting its seventh resident COVID-19 death.

An update from the long term care facility on Tuesday also stated that the facility had no residents or staff with the virus for the first time in nearly two months. Included in the statement was 102 recoveries, 68 of those residents and 34 being staff members. Executive Director Jennifer Skaggs says the center remains vigilant against the virus and is continuing to test residents and staff.

The COVID cluster in the facility started back on June 25th when a staff member tested positive for the virus.
