Northeast Tennessee Lawmaker To Introduce Broadband Improvement Legislation

State Represenative David Hawk of Greeneville plans to introduce legislation that would bring improvements to the state’s broadband services, especially rural areas where schools have had serious problems teaching in virtual formats. Hawk says there is money available for improvements and believes Broadband has become a commodity like water and electricity, and hopes his proposed legislation will provide improvements to the entire region of Northeast Tennessee.
