Greene County Inmate Who Walked Away From Detail…Now Back In Custody

An inmate in Greene County who walked away from a work crew on Thursday afternoon has been captured. Inmate Mark Tolley, who was being held on misdemeanor charges walked away from the work crew on North Cutler Street and was on the loose until his capture Friday morning. Tolley, who was being held on misdemeanor charges is now charged with misdemeanor escape charges. Authorities did not indicate where Tolley was apprehended.
