Is there something different on your AM station?

Yes. AM 980 is now 98 The Sports Fox with sports coverage 24 hours a day. 98 The Sports Fox features the Fox Sports Network and the Jim Rome Show. 98 The Sports Fox will also continue to carry live coverage of NASCAR and race related shows. All of the programing you have been enjoying on SuperTalk will continue to air in their regular dayparts on FM 92.7.


Can I hear NASCAR coverage on your station?

You can hear total NASCAR coverage including live lap-by-lap reporting from each race on our sister station 98 The Sports Fox. Tune to AM 980.


Can you bring back Handel on the Law?

You can now hear Handel on the Law on Saturdays from 2 to 4 pm.


Can I listen online?

Yes... many of our shows are available via streaming audio online, however some nationally syndicated shows do not allow "streaming audio". Go to our "Programs" page and find the show you'd like to listen to. If "Listen Live" is printed next to the show simply click on the words "Listen Live" and follow the directions.


Will you continue to broadcast Virginia Tech Football on SuperTalk?

Yes. Virginia Tech Football is always broadcast on FM 92.7. Virginia Tech Basketball will be carried on our sister station 98 The Sports Fox.


I live in your fringe area. Is there something I can do for a better signal?

SuperTalk 92.7 WFHG is the Tri-Cities' only FM news-talk station. Most listeners appreciate the clarity of the FM broadcasts. If you are in an area with marginal signal, you can listen via the internet. Many of our programs are available via live internet streaming. Just click the "Programs" link on our home page and find the show you're interested in. If there's a "listen live" link by the show title.. simply click it and you'll be listening live in moments if the show is currently on the air.
