Appalachian Feral Cat Allies needs your help for just one week!

Appalachian Feral Cat Allies will be trapping & transporting 65-70 feral cats to UT-Knoxville for spay-neuter surgery on March 28, and again on April 25. Volunteer during the week of March 22 to 29 or April 19 to 26 to help with trapping, cat care, laundry, cleaning, and transporting. Some jobs take just an hour or two. The Bristol Dragway Street Fights Season begins @ Thunder Valley on Saturday, March 28th and ends on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015. $5 to watch, $10 to race, Trailered Racer: $15, Children 12 & under are free! Healthy Kingsport Health Week--Small Steps, Big Results
April 20, 2015  Through 4/25/2015

Healthy Kingsport has designated April 20-25 as Healthy Week and you can be a part of it! For Adults: Stop by beginning April 1 and pick up your Small Steps to Health challenge log. Return completed log by June 15 to be entered for a prize. For Kids: Stop by beginning April 1 and pick up the 5-2-1-0 Challenge log. Log 2 weeks of healthy behaviors and show it to one of our nurses by June 15 to receive a gift! The Health Resources Center is located on the upper level of the Kingsport Town Center near JCPenney.
