A Hawkins County woman was arrested over the weekend for allegedly firing a gunshot at her neighbor and his child. 57 year old Peggy Jean Hall is said to have gotten into an argument with the neighbor who was boarding a horse for her. Police ran a check on the pistol she used and found it to have been stolen from Mount Carmel.
