Cuccinelli Hopeful
RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli says he remains hopeful that Arizona's strict new immigration law will survive, despite a setback in federal court. Cuccinelli was one of nine state attorneys general who filed a friend-of-the-court brief supporting the law.
