A Greeneville attorney has been suspended from practicing law for 33 months. The suspension was brought about by a November, 2008 incident in court. Francis Santore Jr. threwacup of coffee across the courtroom, cursed loudly and left the courtroom. He pulled a handrail from the stair causing damage. Santore was criminally charged with vandalism under 500 dollars. He was ordered to serve 45 days on active suspension, with the remainder on probation.
