Attempted First Degree Murder
A Johnson City man has been charged with Attempted First Degree Murder. The victim told investigators that someone had just shot several bullets into her car. There were two bullet holes in the windshield and one in the driver's side door. 31 year old Eric Sayers was quickly identified as a suspect. Police recovered a loaded pistol from him during their investigation. Sayers is being held in the county detention center under a 100 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
