Johnson City police have charged a Kingsport man with being a fugitivie from justice in another state. It all began with a traffic stop last night in the area of North Roan and Boone Avenue. The passenger in the vehicle was identified as Shawn Bradley. A records check revealed that the 40 year old man was wanted in Washington County, Virginia for felony shoplifting, destroying property, and trespassing. Bradley is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. (jb)
