Man Arrested After Walking Into Home Asking For Money
Johnson City police have charged a Kingsport man after he was found wandering through a neighborhood asking for gas and gas money. 34 year old Travis Sutherland is also alleged to have entered a home on Pickens Bridge Road without permission. The owner's dogs kept him at bay until he eventually left the home. Sutherland was found in an open field. He told police that he had taken some kind of drugs. Mr. Sutherland was charged, and taken to a local hospital for treatment. (jb)
