A Tazewell County, Virginia man is headed to prison, convicted of killing his brother. 64 year old Steven Vencill was found guilty in the 2010 shooting incident. The two men became involved in an argument over the electrical supply to the home the two men shared on Meadow Street. Steven Vencill shot his brother in the head during a struggle. A judge has ordered him to serve 8 years in prison. (jb)
