The incident happened Tuesday morning near the Elm Street grade crossing. 22 year old Stormi Cable was apparently walking on the tracks. The train's engineer says he saw a woman walking on the track, and he blew the horn about 3/10ths of a mile before the train hit her. Cable suffered severe injuries.
