Police have arrested two men on Aggravated Burglary charges. Russell Cochran of Elizabethton and Michael Barnett of Johnson City were arrested Wednesday by Johnson City police officers. The arrests came after an investigation into a break-in on Miami Drive. Both men are being held under 20 thousand dollar bonds. (jb)
