Two Arrested For Discharging Firearm
Bristol, Virginia police have arrested two men for discharging a firearm near an apartment complex. A city detective was at Eastridge Apartments Thursday afternoon on another matter when he hear the gunshots. He investigated and found 18 year old Hunter Snapp and 18 year old Christopher Carter coming out of some woods nearby. A Sig Sauer .380 was found to be in their possession and was later determined to be stolen. Snapp is charged with Discharging a Firearm in the City Limits and Theft of a Firearm. Carter was charged with Possession of a Firearm By a Convicted Felon. Both men remain jailed without bond. (jb)
