Man Arrested For Altering Prescription
Johnson City police investigators have arrested a man and charged him with Obtaining Narcotics by Fraud. 42 year old Mark Allen Honeycutt is alleged to have altered a prescription by adding hydrocodone to it. He took that prescription to Gray Pharmacy where he was able to obtain the pills. Honeycutt was arrested and booked into the detention center under a 10 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
