A Johnson City woman has been arrested on Forgery and Identify Theft charges. 33 year old Heather Marie Cretsinger is alleged to have gone to Capital Bank and cashed and deposited at least 8 stolen checks. The checks were reported stolen from an individual in White Pine. Ms Cretsinger is being held under a 105 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
