One person is in custody, charged with defiling a dead body in Scott County, Virginia. Virginia State Police tell us that the body was found in Yuma around 5:10 am Thursday on Possum Creek Road. Commonwealth's Attorney Marcus McClung is not releasing the suspects name at this time, due to the nature of the investigation. The body will be sent to Roanoke for autopsy today. Authorities are treating the discovery of the body as a homicide. (jb)
