The Amber Alert issued Wednesday night for two small childre was called off Thursday after the two children were located. According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation 2 year old Kimberly McLean and 1 year old Isiah McLean were taken by their non-custodial parents. 35 year old David Shawn Perry and 25 year old Shena McLean Perry were located and arrested. The children returned to their guardians. (jb)
