Plans will be unveiled this morning for a military park in Blountville. State Representative Tony Shipley will present the first phase of "The Battle of Blountville Civil War Military Park" His presentation will be at 11:00 o'clock at the former Marantha Church on Highway 394. The park will recognize the Battle of Blountville which happened in September 1863. (jb)
