New Court Date Set For Former Teacher
A new court date has been set for a former Washington County, Tennessee high school teacher. Estel Kiser is accused of having inappropriate contact with a student. Kiser was a teacher at Daniel Boone High School. An investigation into the allegations led to his arrest. He has since retired. A new hearing date is scheduled for April 20th. (jb)
