The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a school bus struck and killed a middle school student in East Tennessee. Officials say 13-year-old Austin Baughard, a student at Chuckey-Doak Middle School in Greene County, died Thursday. A THP report said the boy had been suspended from riding the bus this week.
