A Blountville Preacher and T-V Evangelist will be in Criminal Court today to face accusations that she allowed her disabled husband and 92 year old mother to live in filthy conditions. 59 year old Brenda Viars faces two counts of physical abuse and gross negligence of an impaired adult, and two counts of willful abuse. Authorities were tipped off to the conditions at living quarters of a Bluff City Church on Beaver Creek Drive. Police say they had to put on masks and boots just to walk inside. (jb)
