Mother And Son Arrested During SWAT Raid
A Jonesborough mother and son are in jail after a Washington County, Tennessee SWAT team raided their residence. The raid was part of a drug investigation, and there were believed to be guns inside the home. 51 year old Susan Abbot and 19 year old Zachary Abbot were arrested after police found a switchblade, drug paraphernalia and drugs. Three guns were found during the raid. Police say that the mother and son were on probation at the time of the raid. Susan Abbott is being held on a 61 thousand dollar bond. Zachary is being held under a 3,000 dollar bond. (jb)
