Another mental evaluation has been ordered for Walter Shell. He has been kept in a mental institution since he killed his lawyer, John Goodin and Paul Keyser at Goodin's Johnson City office over 10 years ago. Judge Jerry Beck ordered the evaluation in order to determine if Shell will be released or ordered to be committed to a mental health facility. If he is released he will stand trial for the murders.
