Kingsport City Police identified the victim of a rollover traffic accident Saturday evening on John B Dennis Highway. Investigators say that 61-year-old Charles L. Murray of Fall Branch, Tennessee lost his life when he was ejected through a passenger side window of a pickup truck the rolled south of Moreland Dr. 39-year-old Melissa Kennedy also of Fall Branch was trapped in that vehicle and had to be extricated by emergency services. She was apparently wearing a seatbelt. Mr. Murray was not. Investigation of the crash is continuing by the Kingsport Police Department Traffic Unit.(CS)
