The Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage, a 62-year tradition, is this week in the Smoky Mountains. The event, sponsored by the University of Tennessee, includes 134 guided walks and indoor presentations covering the region's rich wildflowers, fauna, ecology and cultural and natural history.
