Lawsuit Filed Against Bluff City
A second lawsuit has been filed against Bluff City over their speed cameras. A Johnson City attorney has filed the action for five people who received speeding tickets from the cameras on Highway 11-E in Piney Flats. Attorney Robert King says the process of appealing a ticket is an electronic lynching. The lawsuit claims that those who received tickets prior to October 11th, 2011 were denied due process. (jb)
