Johnson City area law enforcement officers will participate tomorrow morning in the Special Olympics Torch Run. Officers from Washington, Unicoi and Carter counties will transport the torch from the Johnson City Police Department to the East Tennessee State University Mini-Dome where the Special Olympics will be held.
