Johnson City police have charged a Bowman Drive man with being a Fugitive From Justice. Brandon Wall was arrested after it was discovered during a traffic stop that he was wanted in Gwinnett County, Georgia on violation of probation and drug charges. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center under a 10 thousand dollar bond. Arraignment is scheduled for Monday. (jb)
