Reservations Needed To Observe Fireflies
Fireflies in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park have become so popular that you'll need reservations this year in order to park and then see them. Park officials have announced that a new online ticketing system will be used in June to guarantee that visitors will be able to park at the Sugarlands Visitor Center and ride a mandatory shuttle to the viewing area.
