Click It Or Ticket
The national Click It Or Ticket campaign begins on May 21st. Local law enforcement agencies will be cracking down on motorists and passengers that are not wearing their seatbelts. Proponents of the program say that it helps save lives by strictly enforcing the traffic laws. (jb)
