Police have charged a Kingsport man after an alleged road rage incident on North John B. Dennis Highway. 19 year old Devin Coleman is said to have gotten into a confrontation with another driver after a female passenger in Coleman's vehicle began flirting with the other driver. Coleman is charged with felony reckless endangerment, going armed, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. (jb)
