Three Arrested In Scott County Synthetic Drug Sting
Scott County deputies have arrested three men in an undercover synthetic drug sting operation. 51 year old Patrick James Adinolfi and 31 year old Jonathan Farrell of Kingsport are facing possession and distribution charges. 21 year old Kurtis Hensley of Gate City was also charged with distribution of bath salts. Authorities say their investigation revealed that the drugs came from Kentucky and North Carolina. The three men were arraigned in Scott County Circuit Court on Wednesday. (jb)
