A Kingsport man who is alleged to have shot is former girlfriend and her mother last year has entered a not guilty plea on prior charges. 40 year old David Bruce Cook is alleged to have tried to run over Misty Martinez with his car in February, 2010. His latest charges have not been before a grand jury. He's alloeged to have forced his way into Misty Martinez' apartment October 24th and shot her and her mother, Cathy Inman. Cook remains in the Sullivan County Jail under a 100 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
