Nine ROTC candidates will receive commissions during a ceremony at ETSU today. This is one of the largest number of new officers in a single ceremony in over a decade. Retired Army Lieutenant General Ronald Hite will be the guest speaker. He is a 1964 graduate of ETSU and a 33 year Army Veteran. (jb)
