Governor Visits Virginia High Next Thursday
Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell is scheduled for a bill-signing ceremony at Virginia High School on Thursday. His ceremonial signature will take the first to ensure high school students are either college or career ready upon graduation. The event is scheduled to begin at 9 am in the gym and the public is encouraged to come early as the doors will be opened at 8:30. All guests registering online in advance will receive confirmation about the legislation. Parking is available in the lower lot near the track. (bg)
