JC Man Surrenders After Attacking Wife
A Johnson City man surrendered to police after he attacked his wife inside of her car. 24 year old Terrance Brady is alleged to have choked his wife and forced her to drive him to his residence. He's alleged to have broken out the rear window of her car as he was getting out. Brady called police later on that morning to turn himself in. (JB)
