A Telford Tennessee man has been charged with vehicular homicide in connection with the January 23 accident on Highway 11E. 32-year-old Timothy Eugene England was charged by the Jonesborough Department of Public Safety for 2nd offense DUI and 2nd offense driving on a suspended license. A female passenger in the vehicle operated by England, Billie Allen died of injuries from the crash. England is being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond following his arrest.(CS)
