Kingsport City Police Officers have made an arrest in a rape and kidnapping case that occurred on Shady View Road last weekend. Detectives say they've arrested 25-year-old Joseph A. Cole of Kingsport on charges of aggravated kidnapping and rape. Cole is only 5 foot six and 120 pounds and has been accused by a 19-year-old woman of holding her against her will in a garage and forcing sexual penetration. He remains in the Sullivan County Jail under a $75,000 bond.(CS)
