Juvenile Party Broken up and Parents Arrested
Twenty juveniles and an 18-year-old were found at a Jonesborough home along with 100 containers of beer, malt liquor and Jell-O shooters. Police were investigating a call from a mother missing her daughter. The two adults at the house 45-year old Patrick L. Mills and 43-year old Patricia Mills of Meadowview Drive in Jonesborough, were arrested on 20 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child. The Washington County Sheriff’s Department reported that alcohol containers were scattered through the house. (bg)
