A judge has refused to lower bond for a man accused of possessing child pornography. 26 year old Michael Notaro of Bristol, Tennessee has been indicted on three counts of sexual exploitation. Police found over 300 images on his computer in March. Notaro has entered a not guilty plea on the charges and will be in court early next year. (jb)
