IRS Files Liens Against Former Judge
The Internal Revenue Service has filed delinquent tax liens on property of former Hawkins County Sessions Court Judge Jay Taylor. A total of 218 thousand dollars in liens were filed for failure to pay income taxes between 1999 and 2007. The IRS says that Taylor owes them 190 thousand dollars. (jb)
